"Happy 2012 I took a small break over the last few months to get my mind together, but I'm back to let you know what I have coming your way soon. As I said before I just completed my first stage play, 2 new novels hot and full of suspense, currently I'm working on my first feature film, I'm working on a great sitcom, and more....... It just gets better with time; "the more I read the more I learn, a surprise in life everywhere I turn, the more I learn the more I know, the more I do the more I grow! God is good yaw, He is opening doors for me that no man can shut, Amen.....  Introduced to the literary industry in 2007 by starting with a single poem (God don't Discriminate) since then I have gone on to publish several fiction and non fiction works/books, aiming to please the real world with reality in my entertainment! After gaining local exposure for my poem God Don't Discriminate, I got the opportunity to be featured in the local papers, which inspired me to write my first novel (short story) Wrong Moves, I went on performing spokenword at various open mic events from Wisconsin to Chicago, to Phoenix and back to Chicago, while I was in Phoenix my poem landed me a performance in an event for the nationally celebrated MLK day... Within that same year (2009) I earned the opportunity to be cast in the stage play/performance (in a black history tribute) with Black Poet Ventures (Black Poets Yesterday Today and Tomorrow) roles included artists such as Langston Hughes, Maya Angelou, Nikki Giovanni, Georgie Goode, Tupac Shakur, and many more, I was also featured in a performance where I recited the African Diaspora at a local NACCP event @ the Phoenix college (2009)! These things have inspired me to move forward in my chosen career to be a writer, influence, and entertainer ! Once I arrived back here in Chicago I immediately began getting involved in community services and programs, contributing my inspirational poems Real Talk and Let There Be Peace! I want to achieve the ultimate, but my focus also includes showing, expressing and teaching others love, self respect, and unity, and by my writing regardless of what genre/category it represents, there is a sound message and point!
